Steve Dunne grew up in Bernardsville, New Jersey. He is a civil engineering graduate of the Wentworth Institute, and served for 14 years as the Construction Manager for Beaver Builders, Eckman Construction, and Bove Construction. For the past 15 years, Steve has owned and operated Brown’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream in York Beach. Every fall, he volunteers as the Assistant Golf Coach for York High School. Steve regularly consults with local construction companies, non-profit organizations, and home owners on building projects and home inspections, and has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of both residential and commercial properties.

Phyllis Fox grew up in Ayer Massachusetts. For over 35 years, she has lived on the ocean in York, Maine, and is the owner of Fox’s Lobster House on the Nubble. Besides fresh Maine lobster shore dinners, Phyllis is famous for her homemade wild Maine blueberry pies! She is a cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire Durham, and after turning 50 years old a few years ago, decided to birth a new career in real estate with her excellent business experience, infinite contacts, and passion for sales, service, and fun!

Steve Dunne and Phyllis Fox live on the Nubble in York. They have 3 grown children and 1 grand-dog.

Their hobbies include golf, skiing, and traveling the world.
