They organized a team of dedicated and reliable real estate agents to meet the needs of their new homeowners at Whippoorwill, and all of York County.
In 2001, Fred Baldwin Jr. passed away and left a legacy of meeting the housing and lifestyle dreams and needs of over 1000 people.
